It was such a pleasure to welcome our Women’s Circle to Shavuot evening of live cooking, tasting, and simple, delicious dishes with the brilliant TAU alumna and chef, Shiri Kraus on Monday, 18th May.

It was a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together, celebrate incredible culinary talent, and showcase the remarkable achievements of our alumni network.

We are grateful to Shiri, owner and founder of The Black Cow and Epicurus Camden restaurants in London, for taking the time to join us and share some of her delicious dairy dishes and culinary shortcuts.
